Legal Agreement Governing Your Use of mpotop Platform and Services
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you", "your") and mpotop ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the mpotop online gaming platform, including our website located at https://mpotop.cam and all related services, features, content, and functionality (collectively, the "Services").
By creating an account, accessing the Platform, placing bets, playing games, or otherwise using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and Services.
mpotop reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address or through prominent notice on the Platform.

Use of the mpotop Platform and Services is subject to strict eligibility criteria. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that:
You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. mpotop strictly prohibits gambling by minors. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and we will immediately suspend or terminate any Account found to belong to an individual under 21 years of age. Any funds in such Accounts will be forfeited.
You are a resident of Indonesia and are physically located within Indonesian territory when accessing the Platform and using the Services. mpotop services are intended exclusively for Indonesian players. Access from other jurisdictions may be restricted or prohibited.
You possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law and the laws of your local jurisdiction. You are not subject to any legal disability, restriction, or other circumstance that would prevent you from entering into this Agreement.
Your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances in your jurisdiction. You acknowledge that online gambling exists in a legal grey area in Indonesia, and you accept full responsibility for determining whether your participation is lawful in your specific circumstances. mpotop operates under international licensing and does not hold licenses from Indonesian regulatory authorities.
You are using your own funds for gambling activities. You are not gambling with money needed for essential living expenses such as rent, food, utilities, debt payments, or family support. You can afford to lose the amounts you deposit without suffering financial hardship.
You are not currently self-excluded from mpotop or any other gambling platform. You do not have a gambling problem or addiction that would make your participation inadvisable.
mpotop strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21 years. All new Accounts must complete KYC verification by submitting valid Indonesian identification (KTP) before any withdrawals are processed. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited without exception.
To access mpotop Services, you must create a personal Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name (as it appears on your KTP), date of birth, residential address, email address, mobile phone number, and preferred password. All information provided during registration must be truthful and verifiable. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination.
You may maintain only one (1) Account with mpotop. Creating multiple Accounts, whether under your own name or using names of family members, is strictly prohibited. If we detect duplicate Accounts, all such Accounts will be suspended, funds may be forfeited, and you may be permanently banned from the Platform. This restriction exists to prevent bonus abuse, money laundering, and other fraudulent activities.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username, password, and any other security credentials. You must not share your login information with any third party. You agree to immediately notify mpotop if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. All activities conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you bear full responsibility for all transactions, bets, and activities associated with your Account.
mpotop is required to verify the identity of all users to comply with international anti-money laundering regulations and responsible gaming standards. You must submit clear, legible copies of your Indonesian KTP (identity card) for verification. KYC verification is mandatory before processing any withdrawal requests. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and funds being held until verification is completed.
mpotop reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, colluded with other players, used the Platform for money laundering purposes, or violated any applicable laws. Upon Account closure, you will forfeit any pending bonuses, and withdrawal of remaining legitimate funds will be processed subject to verification and investigation. You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting customer support.
mpotop accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI), e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja), and QRIS instant payment. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand rupiah). There is no maximum deposit limit per transaction, but cumulative daily deposits may be subject to monitoring for anti-money laundering compliance. All deposits must originate from accounts registered in your own name; third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be rejected or refunded.
Bank transfer deposits are typically credited to your Account within 5-15 minutes during banking hours (08:00-20:00 WIB, Monday through Friday; 08:00-14:00 WIB on Saturdays). E-wallet deposits are usually instant. Deposits made outside banking hours may experience delays until the next business day. mpotop does not charge deposit fees, but your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method and account used for your most recent deposit, unless alternative arrangements are approved by mpotop management for legitimate reasons. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 (one hundred thousand rupiah). Withdrawal requests are processed within 5-15 minutes during business hours for verified Accounts. First-time withdrawals and large withdrawal amounts may require additional verification and processing time.
To request a withdrawal, you must have completed KYC verification, met any applicable bonus wagering requirements, and have a positive Account Balance after deducting active bonuses. Withdrawals may be declined or delayed if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or Terms violations. mpotop reserves the right to request additional documentation or information before processing withdrawals.
mpotop operates in compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. Deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal (i.e., your total wagering must equal or exceed your total deposits). Accounts showing patterns consistent with money laundering—such as large deposits immediately followed by withdrawal requests with minimal play activity—will be investigated and may be suspended. We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
Standard withdrawal processing for verified Accounts: 5-15 minutes during business hours (08:00-20:00 WIB). First-time withdrawals may take 2-24 hours for verification. Large withdrawals exceeding Rp 50,000,000 may require additional processing time up to 48 hours.
mpotop periodically offers bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback, and other incentives (collectively "Bonuses") to players. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds requirements, time limits, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and withdrawal restrictions. You must read and understand the specific terms for each Bonus before claiming or using it.
Most Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, meaning you must wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) a specified number of times before converting bonus funds into withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements typically range from 1x to 30x depending on the Bonus type. Not all bets contribute equally toward wagering requirements; different games and bet types may contribute at different percentages (e.g., slots may contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10% or be excluded entirely).
mpotop strictly prohibits Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim Bonuses multiple times, coordinating with other players to manipulate Bonus systems, using betting strategies specifically designed to exploit Bonus terms (such as low-risk hedging strategies), and any other activity that violates the spirit or intent of the Bonus offer. Players found engaging in Bonus abuse will have all Bonuses forfeited, winnings confiscated, and Accounts permanently banned.
mpotop reserves the right to cancel, withhold, or confiscate any Bonus at any time if we determine that you have violated Bonus terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or breached these general Terms. Attempting to withdraw funds before completing wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the Bonus and all associated winnings.
All bets placed through the mpotop Platform are subject to acceptance by the Platform. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at our discretion before the outcome is determined, particularly if we suspect fraudulent activity, technical errors, obvious pricing mistakes, or rule violations. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed in your betting history, it becomes binding subject to these Terms.
Sports betting on mpotop is governed by the official rules of each sport and league, as well as our specific betting market rules. In the event of match postponements, cancellations, venue changes, or other irregularities, settlement rules are determined according to our sportsbook regulations. For football matches, if a match is abandoned before 90 minutes of play, all bets are typically voided unless the outcome was already determined. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win; if any selection is voided, the odds adjust accordingly.
Casino games and slot games are provided by third-party game studios and operate according to their published rules and RTP (Return to Player) percentages. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fairness and randomness. mpotop does not control or manipulate game outcomes. Technical malfunctions, disconnections, or game errors void all affected gameplay and bets.
Live casino games are streamed in real-time from professional studios with human dealers. Standard casino rules apply to each game variant. If a live game is interrupted due to technical issues, unresolved hands or rounds will typically be voided and stakes refunded. You must place bets within the designated time limits; late bets will be rejected.
Any form of cheating, collusion with other players, use of automated betting bots, exploitation of software vulnerabilities, or other fraudulent activities is strictly prohibited. mpotop employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify suspicious patterns. Players found engaging in such activities will have winnings confiscated, Accounts terminated, and may face legal action.
mpotop strives to provide uninterrupted service but does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or free from errors, bugs, viruses, or technical failures. We reserve the right to suspend or modify the Services for maintenance, upgrades, legal compliance, or other operational reasons without prior notice. mpotop is not liable for any losses, damages, or missed opportunities resulting from Platform unavailability, technical malfunctions, or service interruptions.
You acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk and that losses are a natural part of gambling activities. mpotop makes no warranties, representations, or guarantees regarding your likelihood of winning. You accept full responsibility for all gambling decisions and outcomes. mpotop is not liable for gambling losses, financial hardship, or any consequences arising from your use of the Services.
The Platform may include links to or integrations with third-party payment processors, game providers, and other external services. mpotop is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, content, or practices of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and conditions.
mpotop shall not be liable for any failure to perform obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, internet outages, cyberattacks, pandemics, war, strikes, or other force majeure events.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mpotop's total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount of funds in your Account Balance at the time the claim arose. In no event shall mpotop be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or personal injury.
mpotop is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activities. You are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits through your Account settings. Self-exclusion options are available for players who need a temporary or permanent break from gambling. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. You may request voluntary Account closure by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining Account Balance (subject to wagering requirements and verification). mpotop may terminate your Account immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other legitimate business reason. Upon termination by mpotop, we reserve the right to withhold funds pending investigation and to forfeit funds obtained through fraudulent means.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with international commercial law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which mpotop is licensed to operate. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules, rather than through court litigation. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and mpotop regarding the subject matter herein and supersede all prior communications, agreements, and understandings.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
No waiver by mpotop of any breach or default under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach or default. Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision in the future.
You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. mpotop may assign or transfer these Terms to any successor entity or third party without your consent.
These Terms are drafted in English. If these Terms are translated into any other language, the English version shall prevail in case of any conflict or inconsistency.
